Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Lodgic (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lodgic is a property management and bookkeeping SaaS platform for short-term rental hosts. Lodgic is not a CPA, tax advisor, or legal advisor. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and tax filings.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: violate any applicable law, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, use the Service for fraudulent purposes, reverse-engineer the Service, or use automated means to access it without permission.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership. You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.
6. Subscription and Billing
Lodgic offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Business tiers. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods. Price changes require 30 days notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LODGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-powered features.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Class actions are not permitted. Contact legal@lodgicapp.com first to attempt informal resolution.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
