Is there a free plan?

Can I use Lodgic if I only have one property?

What are IRS-aligned categories?

Lodgic’s expense categories map directly to IRS Schedule E line items, the form you file for rental property income. This means when tax season arrives, your data is already organized exactly the way your CPA (or TurboTax) needs it. No more re-categorizing or guessing which line an expense belongs on.

How does AI receipt scanning work?

Take a photo of any receipt with your phone. Our AI extracts the vendor name, amount, date, and suggests the appropriate IRS category, all in seconds. You review, confirm, and the expense is logged. No more shoeboxes of paper receipts or manual data entry.

Can I export my data?

Paid plans include CSV export for your transactions, P&L reports, and property data. The free plan includes basic P&L dashboard views. Your data belongs to you. Export it anytime for your CPA, your records, or if you ever decide to move on (though we hope you won’t).

Do I still need my PMS if I use Lodgic?

Yes! Lodgic is not a PMS. Keep using Hospitable, Guesty, or OwnerRez for guest messaging and channel management. Lodgic adds the financial and operational layer your PMS doesn’t provide — bookkeeping, receipts, insurance, tax bills, maintenance costs, and tax reports. They work together.

Can my accountant access Lodgic?

Yes. Invite your CPA or accountant with read-only access. They’ll see your transactions, receipts, P&L reports, and Schedule E worksheets — exactly what they need at tax time, without the back-and-forth. Team management is available on Growth plans and above.

How does Lodgic work with Hospitable?

Connect your Hospitable account and Lodgic auto-imports reservations and financial data via webhooks. New bookings, cancellations, and payout changes sync automatically. You can also trigger a manual sync anytime. OwnerRez integration via OAuth is coming soon.

Can I track insurance policies and tax bills?

Yes. Lodgic Manage includes dedicated insurance policy tracking with renewal alerts (so you never lapse), tax bill management with due date reminders and payment status, and utility account management for all your providers. These are available on Manage Starter plans and above.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organization’s data is isolated in its own database schema. We never share your financial data. Role-based access control ensures team members only see what they need. Audit logging tracks every change for accountability.
