We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods on either monthly or annual plans. If you downgrade or cancel, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access until then.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings under Billing. There are no cancellation fees. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data is retained for 90 days.

On Business plans with team seats, you can invite your CPA or bookkeeper with a Viewer role. They can review your books and pull reports without being able to edit anything. On any paid plan, you can also export Schedule E worksheets and transaction data as CSV or PDF to share directly.
