Lodgic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the lodgicapp.com platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).

Financial Data

To provide our bookkeeping and tax reporting services, we collect and store financial transaction data, receipt images, tax identification numbers, property addresses, and reservation data.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Database: Data stored in PostgreSQL databases in the United States
  • Tenant Isolation: Each organization isolated in its own database schema
  • File Storage: Receipt images and documents stored in Cloudflare R2
  • Encryption: AES-256 for sensitive data, HTTPS/TLS for data in transit

4. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • OpenRouter / Google Gemini: AI receipt scanning and CSV analysis
  • Hospitable: Reservation synchronization
  • Cloudflare R2: File storage
  • Google Analytics: Website traffic analysis (subject to cookie consent)
  • Meta Pixel: Advertising measurement (subject to cookie consent)
  • Microsoft Clarity: Session recording (subject to cookie consent)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is retained for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted.

7. Cookies

We use essential session cookies (always on), analytics cookies (Google Analytics), marketing cookies (Meta Pixel), and session recording (Microsoft Clarity). Non-essential cookies are only activated after consent.
