Your team, your rules,
the right access for everyone.
Invite your bookkeeper, property manager, co-host, or business partner and control exactly what they can see and do. Four roles, email-based invitations, and seat limits that scale with your plan.
Four roles. Clear boundaries. No confusion.
Not everyone on your team needs the same access. Lodgic provides four distinct roles so you can give each person exactly the permissions they need. Owners have full control. Admins can manage properties and team members. Members can enter data and view reports. Viewers get read-only access for accountants or passive partners who just need to see the numbers.
- โOwner: full account control, billing, and team management
- โAdmin: manage properties, transactions, and invite members
- โMember: add transactions, upload receipts, and view reports
- โViewer: read-only access to all data and reports
- โRoles apply across both Books and Manage portals
