Built by hosts who got tired of the chaos.

Lodgic exists because we needed it ourselves. Eight years of hosting, five properties, and way too many spreadsheets later, we decided to build something better.

Meet the Founders

Hi, we’re Tyler and Chloe.

We’ve been hosting short-term rentals for eight years. Five properties, thousands of guests, and every tax season spent buried in spreadsheets wondering if we missed a deduction. We tried everything: QuickBooks (wrong categories, steep learning curve), Stessa (no property management), spreadsheets (broke the moment we added a second property). Nothing was built for the way STR hosts actually work.

So we built Lodgic.

We designed it for the host who’s juggling turnovers, tracking expenses on their phone between check-ins, and dreading April. Whether you’re managing your first Airbnb or your fifteenth, Lodgic is the tool we wish we’d had from day one: simple enough for a brand-new host, powerful enough for a serious portfolio.

Our IRS categories map directly to Schedule E because we were tired of guessing which line items our expenses belonged on. Our AI receipt scanner exists because we were tired of shoeboxes full of crumpled paper. Our monthly book closing exists because we wanted to close our books in 5 minutes, not 5 hours.

But clean books were only half the problem. We still had contractor contacts scattered across text threads, insurance documents buried in email, warranty info in a drawer, and no idea when the HVAC was last serviced. So we built Lodgic Manage: a property operations hub where every service ticket, document, loan, inventory item, and contractor lives in one place, organized by property. No more hunting through texts to find a plumber’s number. No more forgetting when your insurance expires.

Every feature in Lodgic exists because we needed it ourselves. And if it helps us run our rental business better, we’re confident it’ll help you run yours.
