We started Lodgic because we lived the problem. As short-term rental hosts ourselves, we spent countless hours bouncing between spreadsheets for bookkeeping, QuickBooks for accounting, and various apps for property management. Every tax season was a scramble to find receipts, categorize expenses, and pray we didn’t miss a deduction.
We looked for a single tool that could handle it all. Property management AND bookkeeping, designed specifically for STR hosts. Nothing existed. So we built it.
